Personal Data Processing Policy

Here is information about how and to what extent your personal data is processed, including the scope of your rights in relation to it.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

 

WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

The Roman Catholic Parish of Kutná Hora - Sedlec, ID No.: 46402101, VAT No.: CZ46402101, with its registered office at Zámecká 127, Kutná Hora - Sedlec, registered in the Register of Registered Churches and Religious Societies, maintained by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic pursuant to Act No. 3/2002 Coll., on Churches and Religious Societies, as amended (hereinafter referred to as " ŘKF").

 

FROM WHAT SOURCES DO WE OBTAIN PERSONAL DATA?

We obtain personal data directly from you, based on your purchase on the e-shop.

 

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

name, surname, address (delivery address), email and phone number

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

We only retain personal data until the order is processed or until the customer's claims arising from the order are settled, or for a longer period if required by law or for the legitimate interest of the ŘKF, e.g. for the purpose of processing or asserting our claims.

We do not hold the data for longer than we are entitled to; once the legal reason is lost, we delete the relevant personal data.

 

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our Goods to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding any complaints or queries you may have.

We will also process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints and other matters).

We also process personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the ŘKF, i.e. the prevention and detection of fraudulent behaviour.

 

KOMU SMÍME OSOBNÍ ÚDAJE POSKYTNOUT?

TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?

Your data will remain with us. However, there are some companies or other people who work for us and who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

  • the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
  • companies involved in the dispatch of goods (Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o, ID 61329266, with registered office in Říčany u Prahy, Modletice 135, Postal Code 25101, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 52346)
  • companies involved in the dispatch of payments (GlobalPayments s.r.o, 042 35 452, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 244453) in the case of payment for the Goods through the GP webpay payment gateway for the purpose of payment execution and payment pairing.

We are obliged to transfer the data to entities that are entitled to request such data by law.

 

IS THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA VOLUNTARY?

The provision of your personal data is completely voluntary and is based on a contractual basis; if you refuse to provide us with the requested personal data, it is not possible to sell you Goods through the ŘKF e-shop;

 

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF GOODS IN THE E-SHOP?

Right of access to personal data

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we process about you.

Right to rectification of personal data

You have the right to request that your personal data be updated, completed or rectified if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to erasure of personal data

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data

You have the right to request restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data or if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to erase such personal data.

You also have this right if the GDPR no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require further processing (to a limited extent) in order to, for example, pursue a claim in court for which you need the personal data processed by us.

Right to data portability

You have the right to so-called portability of your personal data to another controller, if technically feasible.

Right to object to the processing of personal data

You can object to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data unless we have a lawful basis to do so and/or it would be contrary to the purpose of the processing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes (including profiling), we will cease to process your personal data for this purpose without further delay.

 

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PROCESSING MY REQUESTS?

We will respond to your requests regarding the exercise of your rights without undue delay within 30 days of receipt of your request.

ŘKF will inform the recipient of the request for restriction of processing, rectification, completion or destruction of personal data without undue delay. The only exceptions to this are cases where informing the recipient is impossible or would require disproportionate effort.

 

HOW DOES THE ŘKF ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?

We store personal data in a secure electronic form and use it for the purposes listed above, or we transfer it to the persons specified below.

We have put in place reasonable technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, transfer, loss or destruction or other possible misuse.

Persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of their work or contractual duties are bound by a legal or contractual duty of confidentiality.

 

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION?

No, the provision of services by the ŘKF does not require us to transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU or other international organisations.

This Policy may be modified or updated by the ŘKF from time to time. If you continue to use the services of ŘKF after the modification or update of this policy, you agree to it.
